She did a great job researching comps for my condo, setting the selling price at exactly what it should have been. We received two full price offers in 5 days. Gretchen is excellent at communicating with other realtors to let them know what offers have been made and what their clients might want to do if they really want to buy the property. Throughout the entire process, Gretchen kept me up to date with everything happening during the listing and escrow.
