We started out with another realtor and because of the lack of attention and assistance we lost what we thought was our dream home, at the time. Once we meet with Lindsey that all changed. Lindsey took the time to get to know us, what we truly wanted (even when we didn’t even know, what we wanted) and even asked for our kids what they liked or didn’t like about each house we seen. After a 3-day weekend, Lindsey found the house of our dreams, and did everything in her power to get us the right price and now we have a home! Then Matt, being his incredible self, surprised us because he researched the issues for each home and reached out to local contractors to get us estimates on the costs to fix said issues before making any offers. With all the extra hard work Matt did on our behalf we knew that every time we made an offer it was informed and based on the actual value of the home. They met us ahead of time for a great interview, took fantastic pictures, listed it during the slowest time of year and had a contract for us within days. There were a few final negotiations to be done, and she handled them flawlessly, even some from a vacation with her family. We were informed at every point, and they returned every call or email promptly Plus, we were out of state for the closing, and they handled every detail, without us being there. I seriously cannot think of one thing that could have been done better!!
