He was always available on weekends to show my son condos. The automated emails of listings he set us up with was fantastic. We were immediately notified when properties were listed in our price range and preferred location. Sean was never pushy since he understood our list of "must haves." Once we found the perfect condo, he negotiated a fair price for us. His team, including Vana, was really helpful in getting us ready for the closing and making sure we had all of our documents in order. When it came to the closing, he was flexible about the location since I was flying in and did not want to leave downtown Denver to go to a suburb for the closing. I would highly recommend Sean.

We were referred to Amy through a realtor in Utah, who was helping my mom sell her home. Amy responded immediately and recommended a financial advisor to help us with all our financial questions. When we were ready to start looking at homes, and different areas, Amy set up a lunch meeting for when I would be in town, so that we could get to know each other. Afterwards, she had a few houses for us to look at. Amy is super friendly, professional, and she really goes out of her way to listen to what your needs are. Over the next few weeks, it became apparent that our housing needs were quickly changing. I also had a separate list of wants/needs, and while it seemed like a daunting task to find the perfect home, Amy was up for the challenge. Amy listened and responded quickly to all our changes, and she would call me to discuss them in detail. When I couldn't be at a showing, Amy became my eyes and ears. She knew everything I was looking for, and I trusted her. One weekend, when I couldn't be in town, Amy set up some showings with my husband. They toured a NextGen home and found out that another home in the community had lost its buyer. Both homes were wonderful, but we fell in love with the home that had just lost the buyer. Amy took video of my husband showing me the house and she assured me that this was my perfect home. Because of all the communication we had previous to that moment, I completely trusted that she was looking at the home through my eyes. Her excitement made me excited... Due to the fact the home had not been put back on the MLS yet, we had to move quickly, and Amy was on point throughout the whole process. We secured the home and then...Pandemic 2020 happened. As states began to close, Stay-At-Home orders were in effect, and only essential businesses were open, we were in for an interesting closing process. Amy was available (via FaceTime) for our walk-thru, and we were in contact with her during our closing. While we have not yet been able to see each other in person, she has remained in contact with us and we are excited to have her over to our new, beautiful, amazing home. I will recommend Amy to anyone needing to buy or sell a home. She's seriously amazing to work with, and her experience in the industry speaks for itself
